Property Characteristics

The property is a large-scale logistics facility with a single-floor area of more than 20,000 square meters. It is one of the largest modern logistics facilities in the Kyushu area.
The facility offers high operation efficiency with double-sided truck berths, four freight elevators and eight vertical conveyors, as well as a sloping driveway that connects the first and second floors, allowing swift access to the second floor. In addition, the property features advanced specifications such as a floor load capacity of 1.5 tons per square meter, a ceiling height of 6.3 meters and a column span of 10 meters or more. Direct access to the second floor via the sloping driveway allows swift inflow and outflow. The property is designed for multiple tenants.

Location Characteristics

The property is located in the Tosu area, one of Kyushu’s two major logistics hubs and the most appropriate location for distribution to all of Kyushu. Its close proximity to the Tosu Junction, where the Kyushu Expressway, Nagasaki Expressway and Oita Expressway cross, makes it an important location for logistics as a junction of expressways that run vertically and horizontally across the area, enabling swift distribution throughout Kyushu and offering high competitiveness and value due to its ability to cover a large part of the Kyushu area. In addition, the property is located in Green Logistics Park Tosu, a logistics park, which allows 24-hour operation, as well as near a residential area, making it easy to secure a workforce.
